Torgeir Mantor, CEO
Mr. Mantor is the founder of VisionMonitor Software and provided the initial funding for the company. Mr. Mantor has represented foreign investors in the United States since 1981 and has been actively involved in making and managing investments in industries such as Energy, Independent Power, Real Estate, Food Distribution and Information Technology in the United States and Europe. Mr. Mantor is currently a Board member of several companies in the United States, UK, Ireland and Norway. Mr. Mantor has extensive knowledge of start up companies and corporate turn-around situations. Mr. Mantor has founded companies in the energy and technology sectors and has been actively involved in managing those businesses. Mr. Mantor holds an MBA from University of Wisconsin.

Alan Smith, CFO
Prior to joining VisionMonitor, Mr. Smith was Assistant General Manager and CFO for the World League of American Football Scottish Claymores located in Edinburgh, Scotland. Prior to that Mr. Smith was President and CEO of a privately held investment company representing European Investors in North America for 14 years. His area of responsibilities included development of investment strategies, identification of acquisition targets, start-ups and joint ventures and management of these ventures through their complete life cycle. These investments included operations in six different industries, numerous corporate structures and domiciles in several countries. Mr. Smith previously worked for the FBI and was an Officer in the U.S. Army Special Forces. Mr. Smith holds BS degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Colorado.

Chander Kasiraj, Chief Technical Architect
Mr. Kasiraj has over 20 years experience in the technology field and provides the technology vision and strategy for the company. Prior to joining VisionMonitor, Mr. Kasiraj was with IBM where he architected and developed the award-winning Personal Information Manager (PIM) for Windows and collaborated on many other projects working closely with the IBM Watson Research Center. Mr. Kasiraj was previously with Compaq Computer Corporation where he developed enterprise system management solutions for Fortune 100 companies working as the lead Microsoft interface for Compaq Enterprise Solutions Group. He also worked on development of Compaq’s Insight Management Server for Web-Based Enterprise Management. He has delivered several major software products from inception to final shipment, published several technical papers, received two major IBM awards for Outstanding Technical Achievements and has received numerous U.S. and Worldwide technology related patents.

Venkata “Kasi” Kasireddy, Vice President of Solutions Delivery
Mr. Kasireddy brings 12 years of experience in the information technology solutions sector to VisionMonitor. Mr. Kasireddy also brings significant industry specific solutions knowledge in Energy, Insurance and Communications industries. At VisionMonitor, Mr. Kasireddy is responsible for the adherence to solutions delivery methodology, mentors consultants and participates on the executive team to determine the company’s service offerings, product offerings and market approach. Prior to joining VisionMonitor, Mr. Kasireddy worked for a Big 6 consulting company in the areas of business process reengineering, solutions architecture, and n-tier object-oriented application development. Mr. Kasireddy holds a BE degree in Computer Engineering and MS degree in Computer Science.

Max Jones, Executive Director of Business Solutions
Mr. Jones expertise is in HSSE Management System design and implementation with special emphasis on bringing value to the operational and financial side of the business through leveraging investments companies have made in information technology and process control systems. Mr. Jones has more than 23 years of experience in the petrochemical manufacturing, petroleum refining and exploration and production sectors with over 19 years of expertise in all aspects of environmental, health, safety and risk management.  His experience includes strategic development and implementation of compliance assurance management systems (CAMS), behavior-based employee programs, process safety management and corrective action tracking systems. In addition he has extensive experience in developing strategies for reducing costs associated with acquiring property / casualty insurance for manufacturing sites. Mr. Jones joins VisionMonitor Software after a successful career as Sr. Consultant at the firm Environmental Resources Management in Houston, TX, and previously held the position of Executive Director of EHS & Security for Texas Petrochemicals in Houston, TX. Mr. Jones holds degrees from Texas A&M University and The University of Houston - Clear Lake.

Ramon West, Director of Client Services
Mr. West is responsible for customer implementation and account management at VisionMonitor. Mr. West possesses a strong background in project management and client relations, and has comprehensive knowledge in troubleshooting and problem solving. He possesses the ability to offer creative solutions to a variety of challenges including management of client expectations, project management, human factors oriented design, user interface and navigation structures, graphic design, communication arts, and related technologies. Mr. West has extensive experience in interfacing with clients, determining their needs, and coordinating efforts to satisfy client and corporate requirements. Previously, Mr. West has worked in the development and implementation of many types of emissions monitoring systems including NOx, HRVOC, and Greenhouse Gas solutions. In addition, Mr. West has implemented compliance management systems, strategic planning tools, and a variety of EHS applications. Mr. West has international experience serving as engineering management and as a liaison between technology development, production, and distribution. He has over 20 years experience in the technology sector.

Sergio Tuberquia, Director of Business Development
Mr. Tuberquia is responsible for leading all business development efforts and related marketing matters at VisionMonitor. Prior to joining VisionMonitor, Mr. Tuberquia was a Director of Business Development at a Carlyle Group company, HTC a Business Process Outsourcing company in which he worked closely with the Managing Directors of The Carlyle Group in identifying & developing new business development strategies for the Northeast & Midwest market for client acquisition. Mr. Tuberquia brings over 10 years in strategic selling experience in the enterprise software sales market to VisionMonitor with an expertise in penetrating into new markets. Mr. Tuberquia extensive software background includes working early on with Houston’s notable startup PentaSafe Securities Technologies where he developed the North American Western Market for host-based enterprise security software sales and the Latin American channels partner sales program for professional security software services with IBM, Deloitte & Touche, & Ernst & Young.
