VisionMonitor’s Task Manager registers projects, tasks, and actions associated with tasks and tracks whether assignments have been completed within the required time-frame. As a component of Compliance Intelligence®, Task Manager allows the ability to send out notifications and alerts via the Compliance Intelligence® CORE web portal or via email, pager and SMS text alerts to make sure that everyone is communicating effectively regarding specific tasks within a project. With the ability to monitor and report on activities using a consistent process, managers will be able to improve project visibility and effectively manage a variety of tasks throughout the organization.

Task Manager provides functionality that allows authorized users to create projects, assign tasks to the individuals responsible for the project and track the status of the tasks. If a task is assigned to a user or if the status of a task is changed, notification is sent by e-mail to appropriate users in the system. In addition, alerting mechanisms provide email and web portal alerts for overdue or late tasks to all individuals responsible for tasks within a project. Task Manager tools provide an efficient mechanism for organizing projects and assigning responsibility for specific activities.
