VisionMonitor Software utilizes a proprietary project delivery methodology referred to as Visionabling™ - a process that is applied for iterative implementation and deployment and is offered as a solution with speed of deployment in mind.
The Visionabling™ process comprises our software implementation life cycle methodology. Derived from the best practices of industry leading methodologies such as the Rational Unified Process™ (R.U.P.) and Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) this proven methodology defines the overall vision and scope for a project, then configures, refines and deploys the final solution with an iterative approach to provide on-time within budget deployment to our clients.
This iterative process comprises the following phases:
Inception - The goal of the inception phase is to achieve concurrence among all stakeholders on the life-cycle objectives for the project. The focus is on defining the overall requirements and scope of the solution delivery.
Elaboration - The purpose of the elaboration phase is to analyze the stakeholder objectives and client infrastructure, establish a sound architectural foundation, develop the project plan, and eliminate the project's highest-risk elements. Decisions are made with an understanding of the entire sollution, its scope, major functionality, and functional requirements.
Configuration - During the configuration phase, all remaining components and application features are implemented and integrated into the solution and all features are thoroughly tested. The process emphasizes the effective management of resources and controlling operations to optimize costs, schedules, and quality.
Transition - The purpose of this phase is to move the solution in to the user community. The phase is entered when a usable subset of the system has been implemented to an acceptable level of quality.
Visionabling™ allows VisionMonitor to deliver on time and on budget by iteratively implementing and deploying the solution.
